Bootcamp
Bootcamp

Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-blasting workout, using an “old school” Boot Camp style approach. Boot Camp is geared toward all fitness levels who are ready to crush their workout.

Cardio
Total Body Cardio

Challenge your body and push yourself to your max with the bestselling program created by Shaun T. This hi-intensity workout takes you through group focused cardio drills, athletic conditioning, and explosive moves without any equipment.

Body strength
P90X Total Body Strength

This total-body strength and conditioning class, created by world renowned Tony Horton, is based on proven principles from personal training and strength coaching, has the ultimate variety to keep your body guessing as you bust through plateaus—together Lift and HIIT – A full body workout done in 35 minutes . We combine old school weight training with High Intensity interval training for a fast paced , no nonsense , get in and get out workout.

Spin
Spin

Class will include instruction for proper bike set-up including seat height, foot position, use of clip shoes, and handlebar height. You will be instructed on body position mostly pertaining to a proper hip hinge of one’s torso in the seated and standing position. Once safe position and proper use of the bike is established the class will follow the instructor in.

A body sculpting and Pilates class that targets the core: abdominals, hips and lower back. All abilities! A fun approach to functional fitness that will keep you strong and centered.

Athletic circuit

Fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for a certain amount of time and then move on to another exercise. Everyone begins at a station and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station. The class alternates between aerobic activities with muscle-strengthening
